Do you have products that you just can't live without?
Me too!
So here is an ongoing and ever-changing list!
Favorite pens:
I have loved these pens for almost two decades. They are perfect for people who write large symbols and letters.

Favorite Apps:
Target Cartwheel App.....Seriously if you shop at Target and do not have this app go now! Get your phone and download immediately. Then go to Target and have fun with the savings!!!!!! Go! Now! Seriously!
Red Stamp: cute little edits to photos that you can text for free. Or if you want to print off your edits for cards and such you can order it right there.
Goodreads: I love seeing what my friends are or want to read. Plus it keeps track of my progress through a book and gives me suggestions for things to read. Some free e versions of books can be downloaded as well.
Kindle: I am still a paper and binding preferring person but when the electronic version is cheaper and faster, I am all for it! Reading on an electronic device is getting easier. I have my settings to Sepia background and black print which seems to be very easy on my eyes.
Reading Rainbow: I just found this app and am a first generation Reading Rainbow fan. We are just about to upgrade and pay for more benefits after our trial. We never do that so this app must be good!
Favorite Cooking Gadgets and such:
Garlic Press: I bet you don't even know what this does? I'm going to tell you!
Wait for it....wait for it!
It presses garlic! I know! Right? Seriously though you don't have to touch it! Which for someone who abhors (I love that word) garlic on my hands it is a lifesaver!
Pampered Chef Meat Breaking up thingy: Totally the technical term of this item! If you don't believe me, well, you are smart. Here is the link to this ingenious product that you will use more than you think you will! Trust me! If not I'll buy it from you! Just kidding, I can't buy a hundred dollars worth of meat breaking up thingys.

Cast Iron cookware: Remember when it dawned on everyone that the scratched off parts of their Teflon cookware were going in their food and it scared everyone and for months no one ate scrambled eggs! Seriously, the hens were out of work and volunteered to sacrifice themselves to Chick Fil A (oh! another favorite thing I love).
You don't remember that? Well it happened. People all over the world were panicked about how in the world they could make scrambled eggs without Teflon or were trying to resign themselves to Teflon laced scrambled eggs. See I never had to worry myself about it. I have cast iron cookware. Enough said! Well except for the fact that you need to go out and find yourself one of these puppies and then go on pintrest or google and see how to season it and then come talk to me about how good non Teflon laced scrambled eggs really are! BTW....you don't have to spend an arm an a leg on these. Many thrift stores have several in all sizes. Don't be afraid of the rust. A quick google search can help you with that too!
People have used these for over a hundred years and they do not cause cancer! That's a huge bonus or me anyway!
Tervis Cups: Just get yourself one and you will know. They have personality, they have style, they have a lid! They keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold. We have five in our home and each person has at least one that is their cup!
Okay....I could go on but I will finish by saying, go buy The Pioneer Woman's cookbook, especially the first one and also all of Giada DeLaurentis' Cookbooks and your husband will think you went to Le'Cordon Bleu.
Favorite Homeschool Gear:
A date stamper:
Just trust me on this one. Save yourself and your children......date stamper, to the rescue!
Classical Conversations:
I would like to take this opportunity in time to thank CC and all involved for helping me keep my sanity all these almost six years of homeschooling and for making a program so wonderful and beautiful and classical and simplistic in method. Hugs and kisses! ~ A devoted homeschool mom, former tutor, turned director, turned Essentials tutor (Thank goodness because now that I have a blog, everyone is going to figure out I need a writing class and never fear, I am teaching one next school year! I will learn a ton and you my readers will get full benefit of it!)
Coffee and Chocolate: Or whatever legal addictive stimulants make your hair curl! And if some stimulant makes your hair curl, you write me immediately and let me know because I have no curl!
Joy: Where can I sign up for my allotment of this every morning. I wish I could hire some man to bring it to me each morning in a cute vintage bottle, you know, like the milk man!
"Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises!" PS 98:4
